ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We ship jewellery once a customer has successfully paid via CCAvenue™, our secure payment processor. We can ONLY ship to the registered credit card address and may need to carry out further checks before the jewellery is dispatched. This is for customer security. CCAvenue™ carries out detailed security checks on all debit and credit card transactions on our behalf. If we are made away of security problems with a credit/debit card, such as the address given not matching the credit card details on record, we reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm their details before we can accept and process the order. We reserve the right to refuse an order if these security issues cannot be addressed and will refund the credit/debit card in full.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The customer will be notified immediately and the issued amount will be refunded if we are unable to ship the jewellery items. This may be due to out of stock items or unexpected deletion of ranges due to the limited edition nature of much of the jewellery.

SHIPPING
Although we aim to send all customer orders by next working day delivery, but please allow 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. If the item customer orders is out of stock they will be notified. Customers will always be kept up to date with their order via their account profile.

Silver Queen™ reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. All orders are confirmed by e-mail prior to processing. Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud on the Internet, Silver Queen™ reserves the right to decline any order.

PRODUCTS RELATED
All weights, measures and lengths are approximate and some product images have been enlarged to show more detail. Whilst every effort has been made to insure accuracy of colour, we cannot guarantee an exact portrayal of all items shown. The base of all the items is pure silver with Golden or Platinum (rodium) plated Studded with precious, semi precious, American diamonds, cubic zircons and colorfull Stones and beads and crystals.

We do everything we can to make our products better. We improve quality, and add new features that present fashion trends are demanding. We never reduce the quality of a product to make it cheaper. We price our products fairly and honestly. Our pricing is so pure that we gurantee the cost you pay for our quality product is much more cheaper than the others. All our product prices on this portal are inclusive of shipping charges.
